We source all our genuine material from distributors and insurance centres who work closely with some of world’s most reputable brands. The majority of our parts come from original devices and our accessories are comprised of customer returns from trusted retail stores, used & refurbished genuine accessories or surplus stock from the manufacturer themselves. We also acquire generic parts & accessories from our channels and offer these as an alternative but always separate these and make this clear and transparent at the point of sale.

As with all wholesale models we have access to lower prices but the main contributor is sourcing material through channels classed as 'reverse logistics' meaning the goods are no longer fit for purpose (this can simply mean package damaged or customer returns)

Brand New (Bulk) - Brand New Item in bulk packaging taken from retail boxes (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling)

14 Day Return / Grade A - Item is in Excellent Condition with only minor cosmetic marks (may also still come in the original retail packaging or sleeve). Tested in full working order (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling)

Used / Grade B - Item is in Good Condition, returned within the 12 month warranty period with signs of usage. May contain small scratches, scuffs, blemishes and/or minor discolouration. Tested in full working order.

Additional Grades

Brand New (Retail) - Brand New sealed item in retail packaging (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling)

Brand New (Opened) - Brand New unsealed item in retail packaging (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling) 

Factory Seconds - Item is in As New with cosmetic marks caused by poor handling or production line defects. (may also still come in the original sleeve). Tested in full working order (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling)

OEM Refurb - Item has been Refurbished using new OEM parts to help restore to original new condition. May show signs of minor usage. Tested in full working order. 

Used / Grade C - Item is in Average Condition with heavy signs of usage. May contain scratches, scuffs, blemishes and/or discolouration. Tested in full working order.
