The range of Heat Pumps we supply allow for a remote connection via a network and, if connected to the internet, anywhere in the world.

This allows the settings to be reviewed and, if required, changed. If you are away and forgot to change your Heat Pump's settings you can dial in remotely and put the system into holiday mode. (You never turn these systems off).

In the very near future Greentec will provide a monitoring and diagnostics service, which, through some software we have developed, will alert us when there is a problem with the system. This will allow us to contact you before any damage is done.

This remote system is being developed to incorporate all of the Greentec System components.
