The range of Heat Pumps we supply allow for a remote connection via your home PC network, which then enables access to the Heat Pump over the Internet from just about anywhere in the world.

Remote access allows the settings to be reviewed and, if required, changed. For instance, if you are away and forgot to change your Heat Pump's settings, you can dial in remotely and put the system into holiday mode (you never turn these systems off).

As part of Greentec's System Maintenance service (launched early 2009), remote monitoring and diagnostics is available, which, through software we have developed, will alert us when there is a problem with the system. Our aim is to keep the system running at maximum efficiency and longevity.

This remote system is being developed to incorporate all of the Greentec System components.
