Our Greentec System supplies new homes with all heating and hot water 24 hours a day. It can also provide various cooling options for those hot summer days and nights. Our fully automated system filters and cleans the fresh air entering the property, removes old stale air and controls the home's humidity levels. All this can cost as little as £1 per square metre a year to run in an appropriately insulated house and reduces the carban footprint by 70%

The Greentec system is provided in the following formats:-

1. a standard system fitted to all Greentec homes
      a) a ground source heat pump using either
           i)  ground loop
          ii) a geo-thermal bore hole
      b) underfloor heating system in all rooms
      c) a mechanical air ventilation system with heat recovery
      d) bespoke control system
2. a range of extras to further enhance your home

All new homes fitted with a Greentec System have a standard heat pump, underfloor heating and a mechanical air ventilation system. This will greatly reduce your carbon footprint over a conventional heating system.

You can develop your Greentec System by adding extras from our range which will improve your living environment and further reduce your carbon footprint. These extras can be either fitted as the house is being built, or added later as a retro-fit, to further enhance the comfort factor in your home..
