Aftercare for your Greentec SystemLaunched in January 2009, Greentec's Maintenance Service aims to ensure that installed systems run at optimum performance and with maximum reliability and longevity. Initial system care Subsequent care Owners should note that, in particular, their Greentec System's Air Handling Unit needs regular maintenance. Left untouched, its filter will inevitably will eventually block, affecting the flow of air into the building - the result will be a stuffy atmosphere, probably accompanied by condensation appearing on windows. BRONZE LEVEL
Replacement air filters - included in the annual charge - are sent annually; the owner to arrange fitting.
Engineer callouts are chargeable.
Replacement parts are chargeable.
Where the necessary equipment is installed, Remote Monitoring and Adjustment is available at a cost of £120 per year.
SILVER LEVEL
2 Annual Service visits to replace Air Handling Unit filters and to check/adjust all parts of the system.
Non-emergency Engineer call-out - labour is not charged, replacement parts are chargeable.
Emergency call-outs during normal business hours - labour is not charged, replacement parts are chargeable.
Emergency call-outs outside of normal business hours - parts and labour are chargeable.
Where the necessary equipment is installed, Remote Monitoring and Adjustment is available at a cost of £120 per year.
GOLD LEVEL AGREEMENT
2 Annual Service visits to replace Air Handling Unit filters and to adjust/check all parts of the system.
All parts and labour are included in the annual charge.
Where the necessary equipment is installed, Remote Monitoring and Adjustment is available at no extra cost.
